Envoy Relocation Services Inc. has established
the following minimum requirements for all sales
associates servicing Envoy customers;
1. Automobile Business Use Insurance with a minimum
of $1Million public liability coverage and a minimum
of $1Million property damage insurance which includes
coverage for all passengers. Envoy requires a
letter from the applicant's Insurance Company
indicating the required coverage or the top page
of the policy indicating BUSINESS COVERAGE.
2. NO ethics convictions registered with a Real
Estate Board, Association, or licensing body or
Ethics complaint that remains outstanding.
3. A list to sale percentage of no less than
80% (number of sold listings divided by the number
of listings taken.
4. A list price, to sale price percentage of
no less than 96% (average sale price divided by
average list price).
5. A minimum of 24 units of closed business annually.
6. Registered as a sales associate for a minimum
of three (3) years
