The Envoy Quality Score

Moving from one home to another is stressful even when everything goes right! If it doesn't .. well let's just say ... that is why Envoy works so hard to make sure it does. High Quality service for Envoy customers is not an option .. it is essential.

Quality Service is Envoy’s highest priority!

That is where you come in. Your feedback allows us to track and measure the Quality of the services provided by both the Envoy Relocation Service Centre and our service partners in the Envoy Alliance® network. Like you, we naturally expect good service so "meeting" your expectations is the least we can do. However at Envoy, real Quality only starts when we have "exceeded" your expectations.

That is why we developed the 5 point Envoy Quality Score (EQS). When you rank your experience with Envoy, you contribute to an EQS for both Envoy and each Envoy Alliance service partner. Since we want to exceed your expectations, everyone at Envoy has committed to maintaining an EQS of at least a "4" - 90% of the time.
