The customer's right to privacy is important to Envoy. This Privacy Statement has been posted to explain Envoy's privacy practices to both its corporate and individual customers.

Envoy protects the privacy of its customers in the day-to-day operational procedures required to conduct business activities. Envoy wants customers to be aware of the purposes for which personal information is collected and that consent is obtained prior to collection. To facilitate delivery of services, Envoy uses personal information and only discloses it to third party suppliers with your consent. Envoy wants customers to understand how your personal information is used and why it is disclosed for service delivery.

Each Envoy affiliate is required to protect and safeguard customer information. To address this commitment, all Envoy employees receive Privacy Training and acknowledge their understanding of Envoy's Privacy Policy in writing. The designated Envoy Privacy Officer is accountable for Envoy's practices and policy administration. The Envoy Privacy Officer should be contacted directly with regards to complaints or general inquiries.
