Customer privacy is important to Envoy

What Does Envoy Do With This Information?

Envoy uses the personal information collected for a numbers of reasons. Information such as a consumer's membership number for an association will be verified as to status. This verification allows Envoy to be able to determine the types of products or services the member is entitled to receive.

Envoy uses personal information collected from customers to determine specific consumer preferences. The preferences determined allow Envoy to make an appropriate referral to third party supplier(s) who can provide requested services. Envoy uses the contact information to communicate to a customer the next steps of a program. At the conclusion of service delivery, Envoy uses the contact information to request feedback from the customer through a Quality Assurance Survey.

If Envoy wishes to retain customer personal information for new use purposes, we will request consent to do so at the conclusion of product/service delivery. If a customer wishes to opt out and have their personal information removed, they may do so. For detailed information, please see Envoy's “Opt Out Policy”.
