What Does Envoy Do With
This Information?
Envoy uses the personal information collected for a numbers of
reasons. Information such as a consumer's membership number for
an association will be verified as to status. This verification
allows Envoy to be able to determine the types of products or services
the member is entitled to receive.
Envoy uses personal information collected from customers to determine
specific consumer preferences. The preferences determined allow
Envoy to make an appropriate referral to third party supplier(s)
who can provide requested services. Envoy uses the contact information
to communicate to a customer the next steps of a program. At the
conclusion of service delivery, Envoy uses the contact information
to request feedback from the customer through a Quality Assurance
Survey.
If Envoy wishes to retain customer personal information for new
use purposes, we will request consent to do so at the conclusion
of product/service delivery. If a customer wishes to opt out and
have their personal information removed, they may do so. For detailed

Disclosure to Third Parties
The business services provided by Envoy are of a referral nature.
Envoy is a central source for a variety of relocation service providers.
Some of the types of service or product referrals that Envoy arranges
for its customers are:
- Real Estate
- Transactional Closing Services
- Movement of Household Goods
- Home Warranty
- Home Furnishings
- Home Decorating
- Home Security
- Home and Auto Insurance
- Etc.
When Envoy collects personal information from its customers, such
as consumer service preferences, brand preferences, timelines for
service delivery, budget guidelines etc., Envoy discloses this
information to an appropriate Envoy Alliance Member to be able
to deliver the requested service to our customer.
These customer referrals are disclosed to the network of Envoy
Certified businesses that provide goods and services to relocating
families and individuals. As part of Envoy's Certification process,
each business is required to adhere to the same privacy commitment
as is posted by Envoy.
Envoy may disclose personal information if required to comply
with legal authorities or to protect its rights. As well, personal
information may be disclosed during any sale or acquisition of
company assets.
